If your measurements are:

Circumference= 20''-21''

Front to Nape= 11.5''-12.5"

Ear to Ear= 11.5''-12''.5

THEN WIG SIZE= SMALL

Circumference= 21.5''-22.5''

Front to Nape= 12.5''-13.5''

Ear to Ear= 12.5''-13.5''

THEN WIG SIZE= MEDIUM

Circumference 22.5''-24''

Front to Nape 13.5''-14.5''

Ear to Ear 13.5''-14.5''

THEN WIG SIZE = LARGE

NOTE: If you have 2 head measurements in the same size category, then that is the size you should choose. For example, if your two measurements for the circumference and front to nape are in the medium category and the third measurement ear to ear is in the small category, then you will choose a size medium, because 2 out of 3 of your head measurements put you in the medium size range.
